Herbalife Family Foundation Establishes Casa Herbalife Program at SOS Children's Villages in Greece

LOS ANGELES—(BUSINESS WIRE)—July 26, 2006—The Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) has established its 14th Casa Herbalife program, this time at Athens-Vari Village, part of the SOS Children's Villages, in Greece. The Casa Herbalife program was set up last year to work with charitable organizations around the world to ensure children are being fed healthy and nutritious meals.

SOS Children's Villages Greece was established in 1975 and there are currently three villages in the country. The Athens-Vari Village has a total of 11 homes looking after 80 children from the Athens area. The donation will help fund the Village's food supplies as well as upgrade some of its kitchen facilities.

SOS Children's Villages is dedicated to providing homes to abandoned children. Their aim is to provide social and family integration with the same opportunities offered to children with a stable family background. There are currently 439 Children's Villages in 132 countries, supporting approximately 200,000 children and teenagers.

A donation to the charity was made during Herbalife's (NYSE:HLF) annual "Extravaganza" training event for its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, which attracted 16,000 independent distributors to Athens over the weekend.
